Chrome OS office applications like writing letters like in Word is that possible? Software download? Can I create a photo book, e.g. Ifolor?

It is possible to use the office application from Google. This works relatively similarly and includes: "word", "excel" and "PowerPoint". It is also possible to download software via Google Play --> like apps on a mobile phone.
