Dear community I have a quick question about the CPU power connector. The board has 8+4 pin inputs. But I have only 1 CPU cable 2x4 pin connector (is described with CPU 1 -P4 and CPU2 -P8). But I still have 1 cable 8 PIN where it says P8. Does that mean I should use the one 8 PIN (P8) and CPU2-P8? My power supply is from be quiet 750W straight power11 Best regards

The 8-pin cable is always sufficient and has no effect, neither on ocing nor on anything else.
Everything that is additionally on it is more of a gimmick than really useful.

Hi. The 8 pin is sufficient. You do not need to plug in the 4 pin. It is only needed for special overclocking. For me it works without problems with the 8 pin

hi,
According to the manual, the be quiet 750W has one P8 and two P4s. So it should already work. Sometimes two 4-pin plugs are clamped together on certain power supplies, so you can make two fours out of one 8-pin...

Look at the plugs of the power supply again ;-)
