Does the Lenovo V15 Gen 4 Business Black € 370.41 come with the Windows 11 Professional operating system installed or do I have to buy it separately?

Hey, my employee has received the notebook. I don't think it comes with Windows 11, but it doesn't matter as we are installing it. Windows also runs very well on this machine.

I bought this notebook because, unlike most Lenovo notebooks,
this offer comes without a pre-installed operating system. This is just right for me
because I always install Linux on my computers.
The notebook behaves very well with the installed RebornOs-Linux, but you could also install Linux-Mint+
but if you want Windows, this is not the one for you.
