The Samsung SSD 870 QVO SATA III 2.5 inch - 4 TB MZ-77Q4T0BW is compatible with the PlayStation 4 if it has a SATA interface and a free slot in the 2.5 inch form factor.

I have put together a Linux PC. And I think a hard drive is a hard drive.

And PS4 Pro is a Sony Playsation. That means you would have to remove the old hard drive with Linux. Then see if the dimensions fit.
Then the old operating system and its contents would have to be transferred from the Sony to the new hard drive.
