Question about Epic Air ANC - 491910
Hello everyone, What can you do wrong when using the headphones for the first time (First Time Setup). The instructions are simple: remove the adhesive and press and hold for > 3 seconds. This does not work for us (now already with the 2nd pair - we sent the first one back as defective). They are touch sensors, so you don't need to press them like stupid... Has anyone had a similar experience?
Same problem with me.
The sensors did not work for 3 orders from Digitec.
I tried another supplier - same problem - no chance of using the headphones.
I gave the headphones to several people, including Digitec employees, to try out - with the same result in each case.

Mine didn't work either, I ordered them from two suppliers, both times they went back.
I had the same problem... I could only activate one of the two headphones.
Patience was the solution, let them both fully charge (watch out for dirt on the contacts) and make sure they were at room temperature. After several attempts it worked. (They are touch sensors, no force is needed).
I had the same experience. Touch did not work with two pairs, so no connection with Mobile possible.... Neither fine "touching" nor "stupid" pressing helped! Both pairs went back.
