Hello! Can anyone tell me if there was an HP manual with this product? I didn't receive it. Also, the laptop gets very hot after a short period of use. Has this happened to anyone?

1. manuals are no longer supplied these days, you have to download them from the internet
2. my laptop doesn't get hot, have you covered the ventilation with something and is the Venti running?
