Hello. it has 1 piece m.2 plug or 2 ? In this picture I see 1, but in support webb page I see 2.

On the American manufacturer's page, 2x M.2 slots are actually shown. If you look more closely at the picture or the designation on the mainboard, it is a TUF B450M-PRO GAMING.
The wrong picture was probably used.
