I bought the same motherboard a few months ago and the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (AM4, 3.40GHz, Unlocked).
is compatible and works flawlessly for me. i'm sorry that i can't be of more help.

I also had the problem at the beginning, but I was able to fix it by making a boot stick with the latest BIOS for the CPU.

Load the new BIOS when the mainboard only has power. (Generate update stick)

After the update with the latest BIOS, it worked for me.
