Question about Seagate IronWolf

I have ordered two 12TB hard drives, but I have not been able to get either of them to work. I have tested it in two different devices. The hard disks don't pip anything else. At first I thought that my power supply wasn't powerful enough. But I have an 850W power supply and even if only one hard drive is in it, it doesn't work.

If the hard disks were installed internally, I support the answer of 0. Depending on the OS, there are hard disk managers that show whether the HD is recognised in capacity. If they were installed externally in an enclosure, it is a matter of checking whether the controller can manage such large disks.

Have you ever connected a similarly sized hard disk in the system? What does your BIOS say?
