I have the screen brand new and set it up and connected it yesterday, but the HotKey does not work and in the menu I cannot adjust various settings such as colour space or brightness. Does anyone know what the problem is? I'm using it via USB-C on a Macbook Pro 16" Thank you for your help!

This may be because you have activated HDR mode (which happens automatically when you connect the screen to the MacBook). If this is the case, only limited settings are available. Had the same problem. Deactivate HDR+ mode in the screen settings, et voilà.
