Yes, a cable is included that is also sufficiently fast, provided the computer has a USB 3.2 connection (with 10 Gbit/s). With a normal USB 3.0 connection, the speed is somewhat lower due to the system, but this has nothing to do with the cable but with the overhead of USB communication.
By the way, the cable comes with an adapter so that both USB-C and USB-A (conventional) connections can be used.
