yes, it has a 3.2 Gen2 header (the newest standard at the moment).
maybe the case needs a different connector, i don't know much about it since usb c can be usb 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 (which is now called "3.2 gen1") or 3.2 gen2, but the board has all of them, so it shouldn't matter.
