Is it possible to install an RTX 3070 on this mainboard? Because I would like to upgrade my graphics card from an RTX2070 to an RTX3080.

But you can certainly do that. PCI-E 1 slot as with the 2070. Possibly switch to PCI 4.0 in the bios (but not necessarily, it also works with 3.0).
