Is there a way to integrate a sim card into the Chromebook, or what do you recommend as an internet solution independent of wifi?

Unfortunately, direct installation is not possible.
An alternative is to connect an LTE stick via usb (SIM is then in this stick).

Some mobile providers also offer such sticks
