Is this PC suitable as a PMS (Plex Media Server)? It should be able to transcode several 1080p streams simultaneously. Unfortunately, on my current NAS (QNAP TS-251+) this does not always work as desired.

Hello, it is difficult to say whether this type is suitable. Compare the various models on Qnap.com. Starting with the TVS-682 series. It needs more computing power and the multimedia Qnap NAS are already optimised for this.
