33W definitely can't be right. I run my Home Mini on the USB port of my modem to save power. This can deliver a maximum of 0.9A at 5V (USB3.0). This would be a maximum of 4.5W. Works fine as long as it is not operated at maximum volume. If I remember correctly, a 2A 5V power supply unit was included in the delivery. That would be 10W.
