I wanted to register my iPhone XS that I bought here with AppleCare+. However, I can't change my country of residence from US to Switzerland at checkout? Is this possibly a grey import? If so, this is missing from the declaration(?)

I bought the same device on Black Friday 2019 and I can change my residence! So it should work and not be a grey import.
