No, unfortunately that is not possible with the installed stand, only tilting forwards and backwards would be possible. But the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels is not recommendable, text display is not sharp with it.
This model from HP costs a little more, but it has a height-adjustable stand and a much better resolution, with which texts can be displayed much sharper.
