No, You need GC-TPM2.0_S.

There is 2 different modules, with similar name, I fell into this mistake myself.
GC-TPM2.0 SPI and GC-TPM2.0_S.

Gigabye X570 Gaming X uses GC-TPM2.0_S.

The GC-TPM2.0 SPI 2.0 is compatible with GIGABYTE motherboards of that include a TPM header on below:
Intel platform:
Intel 700 / 600 / 500 / 400 series / Z390 M GAMING
AMD platform:
AMD X670 / B650 / GA-AB350M-DASH
