Did you find out what "delivered today" means? That's what it says here too...but nothing has been delivered...help desk won't be available until Monday....

Had the same situation today. Apparently the product arrives at Digitec today and is then sent on to the customer (if ordered with shipping), which means 1-2 days again.

The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly at helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new. Your request can then be examined individually.
