I haven't bought a keyboard myself but Amazon has some and since Xiaomi is very strong in Asia, you'll have more luck with China shops (online) there is a bigger selection (including Xiaomi official shop).

Stylus...yes but in that case if it's the original Xiaomi one, it might fit better in the case (some cases have the extra slot for the stylus).
