Agree waiting... :/
All retailers seem to indicate 04.02.19 as the first available date, or at least 2-4 weeks. Digitec, however, does not seem to be able to provide a reasonable answer as to why they 1. have bottlenecks and 2. because they increase the delivery time from time to time but still remain unrealistically low. Is this a way to lure customers to Digitec because the delivery time is shorter?
and in the mid-december promotion, the screen is fr. 239 (as i remember) and you supposedly save about fr. 50. only it's not available. and during the delivery problems, the screen suddenly drops to 196!
this price and information policy is just plain cheeky!
I cancelled the order and bought it elsewhere. End of February means end of March, I bet.
Unfortunately, this is the case in many cases at Galaxus
It's still like that with me.😭
Now (Sunday 5.1.20) supplier B has not delivered and digitec has ordered again from supplier A or whatever and again the prices and the delivery dates change. And again you have different order details, because the customer is obviously shown the delivery dates of Digitec's suppliers and not their own delivery dates and the customer's orders are tied to a specific supplier. And again the price changes...
Well, this constant postponement of delivery is really annoying... When I went to digitec in person, I was told that the screen would not arrive until the end of February, according to the manufacturer... I ordered the screen about 2-3 weeks ago with an expected delivery date in 2-4 days. Apparently it's still taking a while.
The monitor has now arrived on 01.02.2020 after all - after ordering on 18.12.2019 and an initial delivery date of "tomorrow". This is unacceptable, but Digitec has been accommodating and credited me with a (modest) CHF 15 and the monitor is pretty great. Nevertheless: I wouldn't go through this procedure again...
