What connections does the My Book have? Here it says USB 3.0 and on the manufacturer's website it says USB 3.2 Gen. Which is correct? Many write that it is loud. That is always relative. Does anyone have a volume example with a comparison?

To put it bluntly: it doesn't matter because both USB 3.0 and 3.2 have the same connections. How fast the data transfer is ultimately depends solely on your PC/laptop.
