What is the difference between the three Seagates: One Touch HDD and Expansion Portable and Basics? https://www.digitec.ch/comparison/14063549-16217704-12935374 I'm looking for a simple external hard drive to store movies and Steam game backups.

They are all equally fast, the difference is only in the software available on one model, the One Touch has this additional software on the disc. You can buy the respective low-priced model without hesitation. By the way, all Seagate USB enclosures contain Seagate Barracuda disks. They also have a SATA interface, i.e. you can tear open the case and continue to use the disc in another device.
