Question about HP 250 G10
When I connect the notebook to the docking station via USB-C, only the keyboard and mouse work. The 2 screens are not recognised. I have another notebook from HB, which works perfectly with the docking station, including the 2 screens. The 250 G10 displays the message: Error resetting the port. But as I said, the mouse and keyboard work. All updates have been carried out and the drivers have also been updated. But nothing was needed. What is your expert opinion? How can I rectify the error?
The HP 250 G10 only has one USB-C 3.0 port (Exact USB ports: USB-A 3.0 (2x), USB-C 3.0 (1x)). Therefore, the external monitors unfortunately do not work directly on the USB-C port.
