How did you connect them? (the fans are currently connected to the fan control of the enclosure and the pump to the CPU fan). The fans via Y-cable to the CPU fan and the pump to the CPU Opt? Personally, I find the thing quite loud at 1600 RPM and the CPU (5950X) at 67 degrees with hardly any load amazes me a little.

Hoi
Plug the fan incl. RGB (also the one from the pump) together, plug the fan into the cpu fan port of the MB, RGB if available into the ARGB port of the MB. For the pump, there is usually also a dedicated port on the MB. Otherwise just use a free one.
The fans rotate at 1000rpm, which should not be audible.
Regarding temperature: I also find it a little high for idle. Is the thermal compound

well distributed and not too thick?
