Works perfectly for me! Folding up the temple mutes the microphone, folding down the temple turns it on again. Volume buttons and pause/play also work as they should. I haven't needed the other two buttons yet, so I can't say anything about them.

For the information of potential buyers: I have now purchased the Zone Wired (cable). I can use the headset with my Samsung Galaxy S10e. I tested the whole thing with the system app 'Voice Recorder' (don't know exactly what it's called in German). The suppression of background noise works very well! I still have to test it with other apps (e.g. VoIP app 'Zoiper'). I have not yet tested a normal phone call either. Regarding configuration: For the desktop computer (Windows/Mac) there is the LogiTune software. This can be used to configure the headset (e.g. sensitivity of the background noise suppression). I assume that the settings made in LogiTune are saved on the headset and then applied when connecting to the mobile phone.
