For the information of potential buyers: I have now purchased the Zone Wired (cable). I can use the headset with my Samsung Galaxy S10e. I tested the whole thing with the system app 'Voice Recorder' (don't know exactly what it's called in German). The suppression of background noise works very well! I still have to test it with other apps (e.g. VoIP app 'Zoiper'). I have not yet tested a normal phone call either.

Regarding configuration: For the desktop computer (Windows/Mac) there is the LogiTune software. This can be used to configure the headset (e.g. sensitivity of the background noise suppression). I assume that the settings made in LogiTune are saved on the headset and then applied when connecting to the mobile phone.

Yes, it works with Samsung S7. With my Samsung Tab, however, I had to install the Logi Tune app first.

Unfortunately not, you would have to check with Samsung whether the USBC port can transfer media at all. If so, then it will fit in any case
