Most important question. What class is the laser. No information displayed. According to our laws all laser pointers except Class 1 are illegal now. Police was brought and they took mine at the Zurich airport today. Destroyed after signing documents.

Helpful answer
The Marmitek Wireless Presenter WPR 400 uses a Class 1 laser pointer. Class 1 lasers are considered safe under all conditions of normal use and are compliant with the relevant safety standards, making them legal in most jurisdictions, including those with strict laser pointer regulations.

Digitec's answer here is wrong and the spec here generally has many errors:
1. this presenter has no laser at all, but is suitable to control a virtual laser (dot on the screen, e.g. included with PowerPoint) or the mouse pointer.
2. for some additional functions (e.g. controlling a screen magnifier) you need the included software.
3. the presenter is not called WRP400 as stated, but WPR400.
