The Atlantis series is Demeyere's flagship. The unique, patented InductoSeal® base consists of seven different alloys. A layer of copper, hermetically sealed within the base, ensures optimal heat distribution across the entire surface and creates a heat-conducting area that is up to 33% larger than that of a conventional base. This welded capsule protects against severe overheating (even up to 600 °C) and is particularly hygienic, as dirt, grease, or water cannot penetrate through to the base.
