A lightweight wok made of carbon steel, featuring a three-layer non-stick coating designed for stir-frying at high temperatures with less oil. Coated inside and out to ensure a robust, sealed surface for long-lasting durability. The flat bottom ensures that the wok is well-balanced and does not tip over when placed on the stovetop. It is suitable for cooking on all types of stovetops, including gas, electric, ceramic, and induction. Made from 1.5 mm thick carbon steel, it offers excellent heat conduction, making it ideal for high-heat and high-speed cooking—essential elements for stir-frying. It is dishwasher safe, although it is advisable to remove it after the cycle and dry it by hand with a clean, soft cloth. When hand washing, avoid using abrasive powders, scouring agents, or metal scrubbers, as these can damage the non-stick coating. Thoroughly dry with a clean cloth.
