The classic KitchenAid forged aluminium pan is perfect for everyday use. The unique V-shaped design of the handle is not riveted to the side of the pan, so it stays cool for longer and the inside of the pan is much easier to clean. A specially profiled handle allows the pans to be stored inside each other. The aluminium body of the pan has been treated with a 3-layer Thermolon™ Infinity ceramic non-stick coating (PFOA-free) and reinforced with diamonds - it distributes and retains heat well and is easy to clean. Just a few drops of fat are enough to prepare deep-fried dishes. The energy-saving Magneto base ensures efficiency on all heat sources, including induction cookers. The pan should be used on cookers with medium power. The pan can also be used in the oven up to +160°C. Note: When using on a gas cooker, make sure that the flame does not extend beyond the contours of the pan as this may cause overheating and damage the bakelite handles. The pan can be washed in the dishwasher. However, hand washing is recommended to maintain the perfect appearance and non-stick properties for longer. Allow the pan to cool before washing.
