The mixing bowl from Küchenprofi is frequently used, for example, when preparing cakes and desserts, mixing ground meat with egg, bread, and spices for meatballs, or marinating meat, fish, or tofu for the wok. The bowl is made of durable stainless steel, has a good weight, and features a non-slip silicone base. This ensures it stays securely in place, even when the mixer is running at high speed. The stainless steel is rust-resistant, does not absorb odors, and does not discolor. When whipping cream or making a mousse, you can briefly place the bowl in the freezer beforehand. Pizza or tarte flambée dough becomes particularly fluffy when you place it in the bowl in the oven at 50 °C to rise. This practical kitchen essential is also available individually in several sizes.
