The Le Creuset tagine made of cast iron is perfect for Moroccan delicacies but can also be used for other purposes. You can gently cook any type of meat and vegetables with a little liquid in it.

The cast iron base allows for even cooking, while the tightly fitting lid made of high-quality stoneware traps the steam. The condensation droplets fall onto the ingredients, resulting in a juicy and flavorful cooking outcome.

Thanks to the excellent heat retention of cast iron, cooking and frying are uniform. It should be cooked on low to medium heat to preserve the cast iron and achieve precise results. The enamel coating on the bottom of the pan facilitates quick cleaning. The tagine can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction, as well as in the oven.
