Who can explain the difference between the Bissell CrossWave X7 Plus Cordless Pro and Select? Is it just the digital fingertip control? I've tried to find out more on the Galaxus and Bissell websites, but don't really know any more at the moment ;) What is also unclear is whether the dry vacuumed dirt goes into a hoover bag. Is cleaning agent included in the scope of delivery?

Hi Judith, the Pro is intended more for households with animals. 1 bottle of detergent is included. When vacuuming dry, the dirt goes into the lower container where the dirty water is normally collected. LG Toni

Hello, my wife and I are very satisfied with this hoover. By using the manufacturer's cleaning product, hard surfaces and carpets are cleaned really well. There are quite a few presentations on YouTube. On the other hand, the autonomy is about half an hour, about 70 square metres. We're thinking of getting an extra corded cleaner for our two floors.

Hello, should I use demineralised water for the water tank? Is there a separate anti-limescale filter to filter the hard water? Thank you in advance and best regards.

I would fill directly with filtered or already decalcified water. I am not aware of a separate filter option in the machine. To answer this question, you would have to consult the manufacturer's instructions for use.
