Series4
Product details
As versatile as it is popular: The meat pot can accommodate everything that requires a lot of liquid for cooking. Its particularly high rim prevents splattering when frying meat. It can also easily hold pasta, potatoes, and dumplings. Large vegetables like cauliflower can be blanched perfectly, and cooked potatoes can be mashed or puréed directly in the pot. The internal measuring scale makes it easy to measure liquids. Handles that do not get hot, a steam vent in the lid, and the wide pouring rim make it even easier to work with. The meat pots feature a TransTherm® universal base for even heat distribution and long heat retention. They are available in various sizes from 12 to 24 centimeters in diameter, suitable for both single and family households. Conveniently, the meat pot is part of all multi-piece cookware sets from WMF.
The pots with a matte surface delight everyone who enjoys cooking well. With Gourmet Plus, you can create dishes like a professional chef. This series is robust, indestructible, and stands firmly on any stove. All parts are made of Cromargan®, resistant to food acids, and neutral in smell and taste. The sturdy handles fit comfortably in the hand and are hollow inside to prevent them from getting hot while cooking. The heavy lid seals the pot securely but can also be quickly pushed aside when needed. Its openings allow steam to escape in a controlled manner, eliminating splatter. Thanks to an internal scale, liquids can be precisely poured into each pot and can be poured out without dripping through the wide pouring rim. The TransTherm® universal base quickly absorbs heat, distributes it evenly, and retains it for a long time inside.
