The surface of the frying and serving pans can handle it all, whether you're preparing crisp vegetables, sautéing sharp onions, or letting fresh asparagus tips dance in the pan. Careful stirring and dividing of dough with a spatula leaves no unwanted marks on the coated pans of the PermaDur Excellent series thanks to the durable coating. The layered PermaDur non-stick coating is resistant to food acids and extremely long-lasting. WMF offers a two-year warranty on this. PermaDur Excellent pans are also suitable for use on induction cooktops.
