I need an alarm clock for the oral exams (presentation), where the time runs and I can see how long I have been talking. However, this alarm clock must not ring after a certain time. Can I set a timer on this alarm clock without it ringing so that I can see when 15 minutes or 2 minutes are over?

This alarm clock would have a stopwatch function to check this. But the timer always beeps, as far as I could find out.
