How long is the rod on which the cover is mounted?
The rods are extendable, depending on the width of the cupboard. In our model, however, they quickly wore out and the lid was repeatedly levered out. It was a real pain. We then fixed it with adhesive tape. But then the tilt rod at the bottom broke, which was made of plastic....
We threw the thing away last week. Unfortunately, the product is too expensive for the price
According to the assembly instructions, there are 2 aluminium tubes that are pushed into the cover on the left and right and fixed to the correct width. These tubes are available in different lengths (290 / 225 / 140 mm) and can also be ordered as spare parts. The lid itself is 300 mm wide. With 100 mm left and right for the rod attachment, a width of up to 800 mm can be realised for the installation
of the lid, whereby the stability suffers the wider the clear opening is. Normal furniture has about 570 mm.
