Fuseframe technology uses thin thermoformed foam and dual-band construction on the inside of the hipbelt to increase comfort and reduce weight. The band construction of the hipbelt and leg loops, as well as the reinforcing elements (attachment of the gear loops), are incorporated into the foam to prevent pressure points on the inserts. In addition, the foam of the hip belt is coated with a fine fabric to ensure optimal pressure distribution.
