Security with pre-alarm. The ABUS GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 disc brake lock sets standards in quality, protection, and comfort. An intelligent pre-alarm indicates movements at the lock and silences itself after a false alarm. If the lock is further attacked, a loud alarm of at least 100 dB will sound. Thanks to 3D Position Detection, the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 reliably detects movements at the lock and initially triggers the intelligent pre-alarm, which stops after seven signal tones. Only after that, and with further movements, a full alarm of 100 dB will sound for 15 seconds. Additionally, the automatic disc brake recognition system knows exactly when the lock is secured on the disc or not. This allows the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 to be conveniently transported in a locked state without triggering the alarm function. Different colored LEDs provide a quick overview of the activity and battery status. The necessary material thickness is ensured by the hardened special steel from which the locking bolt, housing, and load-bearing parts of the locking mechanism are made. The integrated ABUS XPlus cylinder has been specially optimized against manipulation, such as picking attacks.
