With cross-grinding A-C short, right-hand cutting, this precision-ground twist drill features a cylindrical shank and is designed for industrial quality drilling of alloyed and unalloyed steels, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, copper alloy, nickel silver, graphite, and sintered iron. Its wide flutes and reinforced core allow for a drilling depth nearly equal to the length of the twist and facilitate good chip removal. The point angle is 118°, and the surface is blued from 1.0 mm, with all dimensions starting from 4.0 mm featuring special grinding "AC". This industrial quality drill is suitable for NC machines and is precise due to a modern grinding process, while being breakage resistant thanks to CNC-controlled heat treatment.
