The protective Cleanteq coating also reduces the build-up of resin and adhesive residues and protects the blade from corrosion. The body gets its precision and durability from heat and pressure treatment. It is designed for routing slots in narrow surfaces and for decorative slots. With a thickness of 4 mm, the Expert for Wood disc cutter is ideal for making semicircular recesses. It is used for soft and hard solid wood, wood composites and solid surfaces. The design of the cutter limits the chip size and thus avoids kickback.
