JSP Aerolite® Bump Cap, 5 cm Short Brim, Black
The AeroLite® bump cap weighs less than 135 g and offers full protective effectiveness.
Maximum ventilation: The AeroLite® bump cap provides excellent airflow.
Uncompromising lightweight: Weighing less than 135 g, the AeroLite® bump cap offers the highest safety with a particularly lightweight EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) impact absorber, combined with a stable HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) shell and a lightweight polyester cover.
Clean and odor-resistant: Both the sweatband and the comfort insert are treated with Polygiene®, an antibacterial feature that inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria, thereby preventing unpleasant smells. This enhanced hygiene improves freshness while reducing the risk of skin reactions. Polygiene® has a Class 1 medical device certification and offers a lifetime guarantee against unpleasant odors.
Quick-drying: The integrated sweatband effectively channels sweat away and distributes it across the entire fabric, increasing evaporation and cooling.
Side reflective strips: Large reflective strips on both sides of the AeroLite® bump cap enhance the visibility of the product and the wearer.
Water-repellent: To enhance the dirt-repellent properties of the stylish bump cap, the surface is equipped with a durable water-repellent coating. Water simply beads off the surface.
