The FLEXI-STRIP 16 system set consists of a frame with two different stripping cassettes. It is a self-adjusting cutting and stripping tool for cross-sectional areas of 0.02 - 10 mm² (black cassette) and 4 - 16 mm² (red cassette), with an adjustable stripping length of 3 - 18 mm. The fine adjustment of the blades allows for easy removal of both thin and thick cable insulation without damaging the conductors.
In addition to its ergonomic design, the FLEXI-STRIP 16 system also impresses with a robust frame and a reliable mechanism. Both have been tested for over 150,000 stripping operations (using 1.5 mm² / PVC cables). The durable cutting function allows for the cutting of flexible conductors up to 10 mm² and rigid conductors up to 1.5 mm². The stripping cassettes can be changed without tools to provide optimal comfort for different cross-sectional areas.
