With the patented Eltako Duplex technology (DX), the normally potential-free contacts can still switch at zero crossing when controlling 230V AC 50Hz, significantly reducing wear. To do this, simply connect the neutral conductor to the terminal (N) and L to 1 (L) and/or 3 (L). This results in an additional standby loss of only 0.1 watts.

By using bistable relays, there is no coil loss and no heating even when switched on. Up to 60 timer memory slots can be freely distributed across the channels, with date and automatic daylight saving time/winter time adjustment. The running reserve without a battery is approximately 7 days. Each memory slot can be assigned either with the astro function (automatic switching at sunrise or sunset), the on and off times, or a pulse switching time (where a pulse of 2 seconds is triggered). The astro on/off time can be shifted by ± 2 hours. Additionally, a time shift influenced by the solstices of up to ± 2 hours can be entered. It features a control input (+A1) for central control on or off with priority. The supply voltage and control voltage for central control is 8 to 230V UC.
