TiN-coated carbide plunge-cut saw blade with extremely high wear resistance. It offers a 100% longer lifespan compared to uncoated carbide saw blades and a 30 times longer lifespan compared to HSS saw blades. This blade is the right choice for hard materials such as ferrous metals, stainless steel, or copper pipes. It can also be used for hardened screws and high-strength machine screws. Additionally, it is ideally suited for abrasive materials such as bricks, masonry, or cement fiberboards, as well as for laminate, CFRP, and GRP. It provides good cutting performance and cutting quality in all wood materials, including hardwood and particle board. The narrow, tapered shape ensures optimal cutting speed and effective chip removal.
