The Fischer Hollow Ceiling Anchor FHY is an internally threaded anchor made of galvanized steel. The FHY is installed by hand into the drill hole during pre-assembly and is driven flush to the surface of the building material with a hammer. When torque is applied, the cone is pulled into the expansion sleeve. In the hollow space, this expands and in solid material, it tightens against the drill hole wall. The Fischer Hollow Ceiling Anchor FHY is ideal for securing pipes, cable trays, and ventilation ducts in prestressed concrete hollow slab ceilings indoors.
