The new System One is only 18 mm high, making it significantly flatter than the previous model. It is suitable for doors with a pivot point of 40 mm and can be combined with the upper pin hinge of 40 mm. Despite the new, simpler design, the hinge can still be used for doors weighing up to 500 kg. For swing and flush doors, the upper and lower pin hinges are invisibly milled into the door. With maintenance-free moving parts, it is suitable for a door thickness of 40 mm and can be retrofitted, as it requires no structural modifications. It is also compatible with underfloor heating.

System One functions as a single pivot point without fixed stop positions or automatic closing mechanisms. It is a simple, small, yet versatile pivot hinge.

Free-swinging
Thanks to the simplicity of System One, free-swinging pivot doors can be easily combined with door frames.

For flush and swing doors
Due to the free rotational movement of System One, this pivot hinge can be used in pivot doors with and without stops.

The maximum door height depends on the door material and maximum door weight. The doors have been tested for 1,000,000 door cycles.
