The new System One is only 18 mm high, making it significantly flatter than the previous model. Despite the new, sleeker design, the hinge can still be used for doors weighing up to 500 kg. It can be installed with a pivot point starting from 70 mm. For swing and pivot doors, the upper and lower pivot hinges are invisibly milled into the door, featuring maintenance-free moving parts, suitable for door thicknesses of 40 mm and can be retrofitted as it requires no structural modifications, making it compatible with underfloor heating.

Compact
System One functions as a single pivot point without fixed positions or automatic closing mechanisms. It is a simple, small, yet versatile pivot hinge.

Free-swinging
Thanks to the simplicity of System One, free-swinging pivot doors can be easily combined with door frames.

For hinged and pivot doors
Due to the free rotational movement of System One, this pivot hinge can be used in pivot doors with and without stops.

The maximum door height depends on the door material and maximum door weight. The doors have been tested for 1,000,000 door cycles.
